All Toucan Lamps are handcrafted and may feature small variations in color, texture, or shape. These natural differences are part of the product’s unique character and are not considered defects.

 

2. Orders & Payment

 

All prices are listed in [USD or your local currency]. Payment must be received in full before production or shipment begins. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or insufficient inventory.

 

3. Shipping

 

We ship worldwide using reliable carriers. Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the handcrafted nature of our lamps, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. Please include photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll cover the replacement cost if the issue is confirmed.
