Each Toucan Lamp is individually handcrafted with care, which means every piece is one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or minor variations in appearance.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.

If your lamp arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly cover an exchange or replacement at no cost to you once we verify the issue.

To initiate an exchange, please email support@[yourstore].com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the problem.
